THE WORLD GRAPH · OUTWARD

Brahma

The outward eyes of the operating mind.

Factories, ports, mines and refineries connected across a world graph

THE MODEL

A verified graph of the physical economy—joining assets and movement to money, ownership, law and power.

House Model understands the enterprise inward. Brahma understands the world that enterprise depends on. It connects companies, factories, ports, ships, mines and refineries to the less visible structures behind them: control, ownership, risk and dependency.

THE ARCHITECTURE

The business world, held as six joined layers.

The value is in the join. Each layer changes the meaning of the layer beneath it, until a visible supplier becomes a resolved system of assets, money, control and risk.

01

Physical

Plants, ports, mines, vessels and the ground truth of where production and movement happen.

02

Document

Filings, declarations, shipments and records tied back to the physical world.

03

Financial

Prices, flows and the money moving underneath the visible transaction.

04

Compliance

Sanctions, restrictions and other exposure anywhere inside the chain.

05

Identity

The shells, structures and entities through which money and control move.

06

Power

Owners, officers, governments and the relationships that reveal who controls whom.

WHAT IT MAKES VISIBLE

Who really controls it

Resolve the people, entities and ownership structures behind a company or supplier.

What it secretly depends on

Expose the single supplier, geography, input or route that the visible network conceals.

What to do when it breaks

Find the credible alternatives before a chokepoint becomes an operating crisis.

THE DECONSTRUCTION

A finished product can look local while its critical chemistry converges somewhere else.

Brahma takes a product apart input by input, identifies where each part is made, adds cost and compliance, strips away the visible labels and then finds the credible routes out of the dependency.

THE PRODUCT SURFACE

The dependency graph, interrogated layer by layer.

Physical production, supplier identity, concentration, compliance evidence and alternative routes remain joined on one surface—so the analyst can see both the controlling dependency and the credible exit.

SUPPLY-CHAIN CASE · MEDICINE DECONSTRUCTION

A locally finished medicine concealed a concentrated upstream dependency.

Brahma deconstructed Amoxicillin from the finished product to the chemistry beneath it, then joined each input to manufacturing geography, supplier identity, compliance evidence and alternative capacity.

Problem

The finished product appeared geographically diversified, but ordinary supplier lists stopped at the visible manufacturer. They did not reveal whether the active ingredient, antibiotic nucleus, base molecule and side chain converged on the same upstream system.

Evidence examined

Product composition, supplier and plant identities, production geography, shipment and declaration records, price movement, compliance flags, ownership links and emerging alternative routes.

Reasoning process

Deconstruct the product, resolve the entities behind each input, map physical production, add financial and compliance exposure, trace control and rank credible exits by readiness.

Operational outcome

The graph exposed which upstream inputs actually controlled continuity and turned that dependency into an action set: qualify alternatives, diversify critical sources and prepare the lower-risk process route before disruption.

01

Deconstruct the product

Break Amoxicillin into the active ingredient, nucleus, base molecule, side chain, solvents and finishing inputs.

02

Resolve the supply graph

Identify where each input is produced, which manufacturers are real and how the entities are connected.

03

Add exposure

Join concentration, price movement, restrictions and compliance evidence to each dependency.

04

Find the controlling switch

Separate the geography of final production from the upstream chemistry that actually determines continuity.

05

Rank credible exits

Compare domestic, friend-shored and process alternatives by readiness, evidence and residual risk.

The useful answer is not simply that concentration exists. It is which upstream switch controls the product, what evidence proves it, and which route can reduce exposure before the shortage arrives.

HOW IT HOLDS

A resolved world, joined across layers.

Brahma joins fragmented public and proprietary evidence into a queryable structure that can reason across corporate, physical, legal and geopolitical layers together.

Every operating mind becomes more useful when it can see outward. Every outward connection makes the shared graph deeper for what comes next.
